Payment Options

  • Cash On Delivery (COD): Available in UAE (confirmation call required)

  • Credit/Debit Card: Available in all areas

Note:

  • For COD, your order will only be dispatched after a confirmation call from our team. Please ensure your mobile number is correct when placing the order.

  • Card payments are recommended for faster processing and delivery.

Delivery Timeline

  • UAE: Next-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM / 1–3 business days for other orders

  • Operation Hours: Monday to Saturday: 09:30 AM – 05:30 PM (UAE Time)

  • Closed: Sundays & Official Holidays

Refunds & Returns

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
